Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

Notify us immediately at support@sellezzy.com of any unauthorized use of your account. SellEzzy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we detect false information, misuse, or security breaches.

Business Use

The platform is primarily for small and medium businesses, retailers, and wholesalers. By registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Overview

SellEzzy is a SaaS eCommerce and digital catalog platform that provides tools for users to create and share digital product catalogs, accept orders, and sell products online. Key features of SellEzzy include:

• Digital Catalog Creation: Easily create online catalogs of your products or services, including images, descriptions, prices, and categories.
• Sharing & Integration: Share catalog links with customers via WhatsApp, social media, or web links for easy shopping and inquiries.
• Order Management: Receive and manage orders placed through the catalog links, track order status, and communicate with customers.
• Payments: Accept payments through integrated third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) for online transactions.
• Analytics: Access analytics and reports on catalog views, order conversions, and other metrics to track performance.

3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

When using SellEzzy, you agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You must NOT:

• Prohibited Content: Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party's rights.
• Regulated/Illegal Products: Use SellEzzy to promote or sell any prohibited items or services such as weapons, narcotics, counterfeit currency, or other illegal products.
• Platform Integrity: Attempt to gain any unauthorized access to SellEzzy's systems or data, or engage in activities that disrupt or compromise the platform's security.
• Automated Abuse: Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to extract data from SellEzzy or to mass-post content without our prior written permission.
• Malicious or Illegal Use: Use the Services for any fraudulent purpose or to engage in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Violation of these acceptable use rules can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and possibly legal action.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Free vs. Paid Features

Core features may be available for free, while advanced tools or premium features require a paid subscription plan. Details of current plans and features are provided on our website or within the app.

Pricing

All prices for paid plans are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India. For international users, pricing may be presented in other currencies (such as USD or EUR) according to regional pricing tiers. All fees are subject to change, and updated pricing will be posted on our website.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers. If you cancel your paid subscription within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund of the subscription fee. Beyond 7 days, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to SellEzzy, including product information, images, logos, descriptions, and other materials. SellEzzy does not claim ownership of your catalog data.

Platform IP

All rights, title, and interest in and to the SellEzzy platform itself – including the software, code, design, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand name, features, and overall look-and-feel – are the exclusive intellectual property of Samurai Labs Technologies LLP.

6. AI Tools and Generated Content

SellEzzy may offer features that utilize Artificial Intelligence ("AI") – for example, tools to auto-generate product descriptions, images, or other catalog content to assist you. By using any AI-driven features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Outputs May Be Imperfect: Content or materials generated by AI might contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases.
• No Warranties for AI Content: All AI Outputs are provided "as is" without any warranty whatsoever.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before you use it in your catalog or otherwise.
• AI Content Ownership: You will own the content that you create using AI tools just as you would other user-generated content.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The SellEzzy platform integrates with or may contain links to third-party services and tools to enhance functionality – for example:

• Payment Gateway: Razorpay (or similar providers) for processing payments on orders.
• Messaging Integration: WhatsApp Business API for allowing you to share catalog links or communicate with customers via WhatsApp.
• Analytics and Tracking: Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools) to collect usage data about how you and visitors use SellEzzy.

We provide these integrations or links for your convenience, but SellEzzy does not control and is not responsible for third-party services – including their content, actions, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk

SellEzzy strives to provide a reliable and high-quality platform, but we provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SellEzzy and Samurai Labs Technologies LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

9. Modifications to Service and Termination

Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of SellEzzy after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Suspension/Termination

Samurai Labs may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your account has been inactive for an extended period, or if you engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of SellEzzy are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
